CHINESE NOODLES


Wheat board is the featured dish of the Chinese people, how to cook simple but otherwise would not run properly on the taste of food.
Material:
2kg pork bones
1 kg lean thigh
200g dried ink beard
100g salted cabbage (also called sticky rice served)
100g salted radish (also known as Bau)
Red orange (the color for selected types of food), grain of salt, sugar.
200g fresh squeezed wheat
Implementation:
• Bone pork in brine dilution, exhaust and soaked several times until no longer pink soaking water is clean.
• Boil a pot of boiling water, add salt to the pot seeds, drop into boiling pork bones for 10 minutes, fish out and rinse thoroughly.
• Cook a pot of water to about 6 liters, for the few grains of salt. The water is boiling, drop in pork bones, boil, then skim off foam, if longer, then simmer down.
• Whiskers aromatic grilled squid, salted turnip and cabbage washed salt. For all three on to a cloth bag, drop to the water pot, cook about 2 hours to heat the end of sweeteners from the bone.
• Season with spices including salt and little sugar beads.
• Lean meat thighs marinated with red orange, salt about 1 hour, bring cooked, take out to cool (when food is cut thin, eat to where to cut it).
• Squeeze the bread in the bowl, eating out can add arbitrary non-interested, but it must have cost chives. Used to draw water, hot meals.
